Even if you’re making healthy food choices and committing to a consistent plan to stay active, sometimes the scale just won’t budge.
How people respond to this scenario usually plays out in one of two ways:
- You take EXTREME measures to move the needle on the scale, which quickly leads to burnout.
- You give up totally, and lose the progress you’ve made so far on your health and fitness journey.
