Are you your own worst enemy when it comes to thinking positively about progress towards your latest health and fitness goals? 

Maybe you wake up in the morning disappointed that you haven’t lost enough weight.

Or you fall asleep at night wondering why you keep overeating. 

Maybe you are frustrated because every other area in your life seems to be going well.

These negative thoughts can weigh heavily on you and easily take over your life, making you feel like you’re stuck on a hamster wheel, always trying but never getting anywhere.
