My mom and I started CKDM out of a desire to help women of all ages reach their fitness goals, but especially women over 50.
As many of you know, my mom, Dr. Mimi, had a life long struggle with her weight. At the age of 62, she decided she’d had enough and she took charge of her health and fitness once and for all. As a result, she lost 32 pounds four year ago and she’s kept it off.
She’s at the healthiest weight of her life, but even more importantly, she’s gained the confidence and joy that comes with making choices that consistently align with her fitness goals.
She’s no longer insecure, tired, and stressed, because she’s formed ingrained habits that put her health and wellness first. She’s admittedly better able to handle the stress that life brings simply because she feels so much better.
Many of you have asked specific questions about Dr. Mimi’s transformation, so we decided to take those questions and turn them into an interview between my mom and me, so that you can get the motivation you need to take charge of your health and wellness.
In the video below, you’ll find out:
- Dr. Mimi’s biggest motivation for change
- How she felt about making the changes she needed to make (hint: frustrated!)
- How her life has changed since her transformation (including that teeny bikini moment!)
- What advice she has for you, especially if you feel like it’s too late to change your fitness habits
If you’re ready to see that you can GROW and CHANGE and FORM NEW HABITS at any age, this story is for you!
