Fitness Goals / November 5, 2019

Are you frustrated because you know what to eat and how often to exercise but still can’t seem to make yourself do it?

Have you started a fitness program but can’t stay motivated throughout the week? Or maybe you’re committed to eat well when you wake up, but you give up again by the evening.

When it comes to meeting your health and fitness goals, sometimes the problem is not needing more information but needing better implementation.

That’s why one of the top excuses we hear which prevents people from meeting their health and fitness goals is:

“I know what to do but can’t make myself do it.”

You’re right.  You can’t make yourself do it.  Which is why you need help.

What may really be missing from your life is something we all need: accountability.

That’s a big part of my mom’s story.  Early on in her training, she had all the right information but kept having trouble following through and couldn’t figure out why.  Finding the right support system, especially mentors and coaches, gave her the motivation she needed and changed everything.

In today’s video, I’ll talk with Dr Mimi about overcoming the “I Can’t Make Myself Do It” excuse.

You’ll learn:

  • The importance of making accountability a central part of your health and fitness plan
  • The value of finding a support system that includes the right mentors and coaches
  • The confidence that comes from getting the help you need to stay motivated for the long haul

If you think you don’t need help because you know what to do but still aren’t meeting your health and fitness goals, it’s time to think again about getting the help you need.  Start by watching this video today! Take a courageous first step in overcoming your excuses.
