Do you know how much the average person spends in one day on food while traveling?
C’mon, take a guess.
Ok, I’ll help you out.
According to budgetyourtrip.com, the average person spends $75 per day on food when they’re on vacation or traveling. $75 dollars!
Another astounding fact that I learned from the article was that $14 of the $75 is spent on bottled water. What?!
If you’ve been following me for any time at all, you know we’re just not going to go there. A gallon of water costs $1.00 at the grocery store, friends. Even if you buy a gallon of water everyday, you’re saving a ton of money (and drinking more water, too!).
But, I’m getting ahead of myself.
I’m here to tell you that you CAN eat heathy AND save money at the same time while you’re traveling, and I’m going to show you how.
In this week’s video, I’m going to spell out how you can stay on track with your nutritional goals while you’re away from home AND save money while you’re doing it. Budget goals: check! Fitness goals: check! Boom–2 birds with one stone.
You’ll learn:
- How to prepare for your trip in order to stay aligned with your fitness goals
- How to cut your food budget in half while you travel
