Let me let you in on a little secret: everyone is too busy. There are not enough hours in the day to get done everything we want to get done.
That’s why fitness has to become a priority. And, this is where the 1% rule comes in.
Are there 15 minutes in your day–1% of your day–that you can set aside to be active?
By active, I don’t mean excruciating. I just mean simple movement, like taking a walk or stretching or yoga.
When you start with small steps to reach your goals, other decisions will fall into line with your goals, too. And, guess what? Small things repeated over time results in BIG change.
