If you’re like me, going to the gym for the first time was an intimidating experience.
I felt surrounded by unfamiliar machines and people doing strange exercises. They all looked like they knew what they were doing, and it was hard for me to get out of my comfort zone to take the next step. I ended up sticking to cardio for a while before I was willing to start lifting weights.
