Now that gyms are reopening post-pandemic, you know it’s time to get back on track but you may feel intimidated by the gym.
Don’t worry, I’ve been there, too. Going to the gym for the first time was scary.
I was surrounded by strange machines and people doing exercises that looked complicated. And everyonoe looked like they knew exactly what they were doing! It was hard for me to step outside of my comfort zone, so I ended up sticking to cardio for before I was willing to start lifting weights.
